How you can still feast at your favourite foodie joints

March 2020 | Dominica Czaczka

Some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic chefs and kitchens are cooking up a storm for your dining room table.

The best part? You won’t even need to leave your car to collect it.

Following the trend of ‘on your feet’ innovations that are popping up throughout the current climate, the gang at Oracle Boulevard have joined forces to transform their once bustling street into a literal drive-through service to help keep their in-demand restaurants in business.

Nine of the businesses are involved, allowing you to dish up everything from five-star cuisine to comfort fare like pizza, noodles, Mexican and even gelato…yes, we said gelato!

This great service is sure to brighten the day of many locals looking for special pick-me-up meal to get them through (while staying safe and sensible).

How to order

1. View the menus of your favourite restaurants and cafes here. Mamasan Kitchen & Bar, Social Eating House, Orzo, Meccah Bah, Broadbeach Pizzeria, The Lamb Shop, Guzman y Gomez, Brunch & Co, No Name Lane, My Gelato and Noodle Broadbeach have all jumped on-board, giving you endless options to pick from.

2. Dial your chosen restaurant to place your order and organise payment.

3. Pick up your order at the nominated time from the designated ‘Dial + Drive Thru’ point in the middle of Oracle Boulevard.

4. Pop on the stretchy pants and get ready to feast.

Bon appétit Gold Coasters!
