The Gold Coast guide to gifting local

The silly season is upon us, and if you’re eager to avoid the mad rush of the major shopping centres, why not shop local? The Gold Coast is brimming with boutiques and businesses who have been hit hard this year, so what better way to celebrate the spirit of Christmas than by giving some local love.

Stocking cute wares by artists and makers across the Gold Coast, the store features a curated collection of homewares, art, food, apparel and gifts. “Our plan is to challenge how people shop and encourage them to keep their hard-earned dollars in the local economy and support other locals. We want to educate consumers to be more conscious of how they shop, to think carefully about every purchase and how they can have a positive impact on our small communities and local economies”, says store owner Sarah Miller.
