Join our marine biologists from Ocean Connect these school holidays to learn about ‘Microplastics Down Under’! This Marine Biology Education & Nature Play workshop encourages kids to discover the threat of plastic debris and how to combat the problem!
We’ll use scientific methods to collect and sort microplastics accumulated on our sandy shores. The kids will make use of this plastic debris and natural materials to create their very own unique environmental art work. They can take this art work home to show their family and friends and continue to raise awareness about the plight of our oceans.
This workshop is suitable for 6 to 17 years old but book now as spots are limited.
